WE WERE FOUNDED IN 1839 AND THE SANCTUARY WAS CONSECRATED ON AUGUST 04,1854. ST. STEPHEN'S CONFORMS TO THE CONSTITUTION AND CANONS OF THE DIOCESE AND TO THE DOCTRINE, DISCIPLINE, WORSHIP, CONSTITUTION AND CANONS OF THE EPISCOPAL CHURCH IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
